The heart of any Impact Trails programme is the people on the ground — field scientists, guides, facilitators and local partners who know their patch better than anyone. They are your teachers, your safety net and, by the end, your friends.
Many have spent years in conservation and come from the communities where we work. Their knowledge is what turns a trip into a genuinely meaningful experience — and they cannot wait to meet you.
